The LSLIRC will provide opportunities for the leadership of the member First Nations to work together towards the continuous improvement in programs and services delivered to Membership. LSLIRC will assist First nations in capacity building in education, training, economic development, social development, advocacy, communications, and research.
Our Vision
Lesser Slave Lake Indian Regional Council provides high quality services to the member First Nations. LSLIRC is an important partner to the First Nations in maintaining continuity and efficient service delivery.
LSLIRC Health Services department provides health related services to member nations. Services include Medical Transportation, Addictions Support, Vision Care Support, Crisis Response, Indian Residential School Resolution Health Support Program, Mental Wellness, and more.
LSLIRC Child Protective Services. We provide services such as Child Protection, Brief Services, Prevention Prior to Intervention, Foster/Kinship Care & Support, Community Engagement, Family Reunification.
LSLIRC Social Development and (ISET) provide career, Employment and Information Services, and a Workforce Development Program . We assist with Career Exploration, Job Coaching and Mentorship. We can help with forms and applications, as well as provide community referrals.
